Bathroom's huge, constantly lying in the hot tub. The atmosphere of the room is high, you really feel a little bit in the 19th century. Breakfast is delicious, varied: omelette, pancakes, huge olives, red fish, watermelon.

There was gum on the headboard of the bed

There are mosquitoes in the room. No mosquito nets. All the guests complained during the breakfast. It's impossible to sleep.

The room on the floor had pieces of chips probably left by the previous guests. Bits of dust flew when the ventilation was turned on in the toilet. French curtain is dark grey because of dust.

The design of the rooms was quite nice but the building from the outside looks very bad!

Be careful, there is no airconditioning in this hotel. We were in July 2011 and it was extremely hot in the rooms and at night we were all awfully bitten by mosquitos (even if we kept the windows closed). You can like the design of the hotel but if you can not sleep and relax properly after the whole day of sight seeing, it feels awful!!! On the map it looks like hotel is not too far from the centre but actually it is quite a long walking distance (30-40 minutes). It doesn't allow to come back easily during the day. Apart from that during 3 days of our stay from 9am till 6pm they were renovating the roof which caused awful noise!!! I do regret choosing this hotel and I do not recommend anybody to spend money on this one... теперь вкратце по-русски: в отеле не было кондиционера и было ужасно жарко в номерах даже ночью. помимо этого, в номерах было огромное количество комаров, которые нас просто закусали и это при закрытом окне! на карте кажется, что отель расположен недалеко, но на самом деле, пешком получается минут 30-40 до центра. все 3 дня пока мы были в отеле, шел ремонт крыши сопровождаемый неимоверным шумом! никому не советую этот отель!

Very nice looking hotel with definitely good value for the money.

Very central location, rooms looked good, the price was reasonable.Rooms very clean and comfortable.

On a very noisy street with no air conditioning, so little sleep! Staff spoke little English. No room service, or even a kettle in the bedroom.

hotel staff not at all cooperative or accommodating. one of the worst billing experiences ever (overcharged, promised to refund/compensate, and then went back on their word). Had to make several international phone calls to Booked.net to sort it out, which dampened my vacation.

Breakfast was very delicious, with very tasty pancakes with meat and cheese, salmon and other fish. Rooms are well designed - perfect to feel the atmosphere of tsarist Russia - gold details, curtains, stylish furniture (there was a mini bar in our room). Bathroom was also very nice and tidy. Personel was very kind and helpful.

Although nothing bad happened, hotel is located on the street that seems not specialy safe. But of course we felt safe in the hotel.
